All French ciders are made from 100% natural apple juice (or pear juice for Poiré), without addition of carbon dioxide, sugar, yeast, preservatives or colorings. Fermentation and carbonation occur naturally
What are ciders
Sweet (Doux) – alcohol content less than 3%, sweet cider, mild in taste
Semi-dry (Brut) – alcohol content from 3% to 4,5%, cider with a pronounced taste
Dry (Extra brut) – alcohol content from 4,5% to 7,5% tart cider with hints of bitterness
Rose (Rose) – semi-dry cider from apples of a special variety Royal Delight, with red pulp, a special taste of red apples
Pear (Poiré) – it can be sweet or semi-dry, production technology is like that of apple cider, but pears are used as raw material instead of apples
